In-Store Purchases: We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from J&M Mobile Home Supply. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased (excluding Electrical, Ammunition, Closeout, and Special-Order items), you may return the item, along with the original sales receipt, up to fifteen days after the original purchase date to receive a store credit (minus a 20% restocking fee**). All items must be in new condition, with no signs of installation or use. Item must be returned in original packaging, with all parts, manuals, and paperwork (where applicable) to receive full credit. Defective items may be repaired or replaced, or store credit may be issued.
Online Orders: First, if you have a need to return something, you likely ordered a product from us. For that, we owe you a "thank you!" We love making our customers happy by providing quality products & outstanding customer service, and to make right any hiccups along the way. With that said, here are some things to consider: -- Please double-check all sizes, colors, etc, before purchasing an item. If you have any questions or aren't sure about something, please contact us. -- You may cancel your purchase at any time prior to shipment. -- If you want to return a product within the first 15 days after you receive it, please contact us at email@example.com to get a Return Authorization Number. Please specify why you are returning the item and provide your Order Number. -- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. -- All items must be returned in original packaging (if applicable) and with all parts and manuals, with no signs of use or damage. -- Risk of loss and title of all products pass to you once they have been accepted by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc). You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments; however, we will do our best to assist you. -- Once we have inspected your return, we will issue a Store Credit for the price of the item minus a 20% restocking fee. We do not offer refunds. -- Items which are not eligible for return are: electrical, lighting, closeout, and damaged items.
Store Credit expires one year from date of issue, unless otherwise noted. It is your responsibility to maintain record of your Store Credit, and J&M Mobile Home Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten Credit vouchers. Any suspected tampering or counterfeiting will result in the loss of the full amount of the Store Credit.
Closeout items include any item that is sold as damaged, imperfect, closeout, clearance, or "as-is". Special-Order items include any item that requires payment prior to ordering, including, but not limited to, non-stock doors, windows, tubs, showers, wooden steps, and custom screens.
